Van Lanschot Kempen seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to build digital solutions for wealth planners, helping clients plan wealth transfers across generations. You will work on ClientCenter, extending capabilities to understand client situations, streamline succession planning, and provide more personalised advice.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong experience with C#.NET, Angular, and modern web development technologies.
Experience working with Azure-based solutions.
A pragmatic approach to AI-assisted software development, balancing productivity gains with sound engineering judgement.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
A strong interest in understanding end-user workflows and improving the user experience.
The ability to translate complex functional domains into technical solutions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain scalable applications and services.
Develop end-to-end solutions using modern full stack technologies.
Work closely with wealth planners to understand user workflows and deliver value.
Translate wealth and succession planning requirements into robust software.
Contribute to architecture decisions and the platform's evolution.
Collaborate with other development teams to deliver integrated client journeys.
Leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining quality and security.
Take ownership from analysis through implementation and release.
Coach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
