Job summary

The Search Company is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to own the group reporting framework, budgeting and forecasting, and strategic modelling. This role provides insights to senior finance leadership and supports the CFO and site finance teams.

Key duties include coordinating monthly management reporting, developing financial analyses with operations, and maintaining group models. Excellent English communication and strong data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 5-10 years of experience in a financial/analytical role.
• Mining or metal smelting experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting on operational and financial results, consolidated per site.
• Develop and interpret financial data with operations to drive cost improvements.
• Develop models and coordinate discussions for strategic analyses and viability evaluations.
• Maintain and operate Group strategic financial models and mining valuation models.
• Coordinate budget cycle and support controlling function.
