Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join our international Finance team. You will sharpen financial insights, lead planning cycles, and partner with COO, Data and accounting to drive data-driven decisions at scale.

With 4+ years of FP&A experience, you will build 3-statement models, dashboards, and KPIs, handling large data sets and presenting clear insights to leadership. This role offers Amsterdam HQ or remote European flexibility.

Qualifications

4+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth environments.
Advanced modeling including 3-statement scenarios.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience dealing with large data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Accounting during month-end close to analyze variances and performance.
Own the end-to-end planning cycle: budgets, rolling forecasts, LRPs.
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
Analyze performance and identify risks/opportunities with recommendations.
Collaborate with COO and business leaders on strategic initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and meaningful variance analysis across teams.
Drive continuous FP&A process improvements and reporting frameworks.
