Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer for BCG X to join a fast-growing engineering team. You will partner with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that scale, from algorithm development to production-ready systems.

You will work on end-to-end analytics challenges, contribute thought leadership, and help drive the adoption of AI with rigorous software engineering practices, client collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a relevant field; provide all academic certificates (A-level, Bachelor, Master).
• Excellent communication in German and English (C1/C2).
• Strong software development and AI/ML engineering experience.
• Experience guiding non-technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver robust software solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics value chain from framing to deployment.
• Design and implement scalable AI algorithms and software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Contribute to thought leadership and present at conferences or publish papers.
