Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Master’s degree level in economics/business administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, scenarios), PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to present results clearly.
• Experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to logistics and financial leadership.
• Analyze large data sets to develop solutions that improve financial outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver reports for planning, forecasting, Balance Sheet and P&L management.
• Participate in Month-End-C Close and Year-End-Close activities, including journal entries and intercompany billing.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance forecasting accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain organized data access for AN Logistics management.
• Actively participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
