Job summary

Mount Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to own workstreams on Finance and Risk transformation programs for leading financial institutions. You will interact directly with client stakeholders, mentor juniors, and help turn analyses into actionable strategies.

Our role covers design through implementation with hybrid working from Utrecht and client sites. You will hold a Master’s degree and have 2–5 years’ consultancy experience, with fluency in English and a basic Dutch

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience within consulting, financial services or a comparable environment.
• Fluent in English with at least a basic understanding of Dutch.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own workstreams within multidisciplinary transformation projects for financial institutions.
• Translate insights into practical, strategic recommendations and action plans.
• Design and implement Finance and Risk processes and operating models.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with client stakeholders to manage risks and opportunities.
