EMEA Recruitment is working with a mature aerospace and defence scale-up to recruit a Senior Finance Manager in Amsterdam. You will partner with the CFO to scale the group finance function, focusing on IFRS consolidation, group reporting, and strong internal controls across multiple entities.

The role spans financial control, M&A integration, ERP optimization and auditor liaison, with Europe-wide collaboration. Fluency in English and Big Four exposure highly valued.

Formación

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) desirable.
• Big Four experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and strengthen financial control processes, accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead group reporting and consolidation under IFRS across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Develop internal controls, governance frameworks and management reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for group and statutory auditors.
