Job summary

iFindTech Ltd. is seeking a Senior FastAPI / Python Engineer to own the backend powering its AI products. You’ll design APIs, data pipelines and an orchestration layer, handling retrieval, tool-calling, streaming and long-running jobs.

You’ll work across complex AI reliability, performance, scalability and data privacy challenges with full ownership of architecture and technical decisions in a fast-moving startup.

• 7+ years building backend systems in production
• 6+ years Python
• 3+ years FastAPI
• Strong PostgreSQL / SQL
• 2+ years Redis
• Strong experience designing and building production APIs
• Experience with async / distributed systems and background processing
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability and production performance
• Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of backend systems

We’re working with a fast-growing AI company looking for a Senior FastAPI / Python Engineer to take ownership of the backend powering its AI products. You’ll build the APIs, data pipelines and orchestration layer connecting the product with LLMs, working across retrieval, tool-calling, response streaming and long-running background jobs. This is far beyond traditional CRUD development — you’ll be solving complex problems around AI reliability, performance, scalability and confidential data, with genuine ownership over architecture and technical decisions.

Must Haves

• 7+ years building backend systems in production
• 6+ years Python
• 3+ years FastAPI
• Strong PostgreSQL / SQL
• 2+ years Redis
• Strong experience designing and building production APIs
