Sia is seeking an energy system expert to join our Energy & Utilities practice in the Netherlands. You will work on integrated energy system planning, data analysis, and project management to support grid transition challenges.

You bring 4+ years of experience (or a PhD), strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of DSO/TSO operations, with fluency in Dutch and English. You will contribute to strategy, knowledge sharing, and international client projects from Amsterdam.

Formación

• Educational background in energy systems, sustainable energy technologies, or similar.
• At least 4 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Understanding of the role of long term scenarios and visions in large scale projects and energy policy.
• Excellent analytical skills, numerical insight and a well-developed conceptual ability.
• Good understanding of DSO and TSO business/operations.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the ability and toolkit to deal with long-term grid planning and system integration (power and gas).
• Shape energy policies and contribute to grid planning decisions addressing costs and CO2 changes.
• Engage in stakeholder management, business analysis, and project management within integrated energy system optimization.
• Analyze data and deliver reporting to support client engagements.
• Collaborate with teams to grow knowledge sharing and internal capability.
