Job summary

Rotterdam Innovation City is seeking an Electronics Mechanic to build the high-tech core of our radar systems onsite. You will perform precision soldering, complex assembly, and critical cabling daily, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has an MBO-4 or BA in Engineering, 3+ years in high-tech assembly, and hands-on experience with electronics, mechatronics, PCBs, and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 or BA in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Over 3 years of experience in high-tech assembly roles.
• Practical experience with electronics, mechatronics and PCBs.
• Strong ability to read electrical diagrams and layouts.
• Experience with precision soldering and sub-assembly construction.

Responsibilities

• Component assembly and cabling for high-tech radar components daily.
• Testing and measurement using oscilloscopes and related equipment.
• Fault resolution and quality improvement through detailed alerts.
• Documentation and planning based on electrical diagrams and schematics.
