Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to own end-to-end design across web and app. You will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring usability and conversion-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Brand, and Development teams to create customer-centric journeys, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and continuous improvement. Hybrid work and international collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Digital Product Designer.
• Experience across the full design cycle: research, discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and validation.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, combining optimisation and innovation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work across web and mobile experiences.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams in an agile environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer‑first and commercially driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end product design across web and app, from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer‑centric and conversion‑optimised journeys.
• Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints.
• Drive continuous optimisation through data‑informed design decisions.
