Job summary

Star is seeking an experienced digital solutions administrator to support instrumentation engineers in a project environment. You will handle incidents, provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors.

You will work closely with engineering, IT, and application support teams to maintain stability and data quality. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports and data extracts and serving as the first contact for instrument engineers/designers when tool issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Instrumentation engineers in an engineering project environment
• Incident handling, user support, troubleshooting, and coordination with the vendor
• Working closely with engineering, IT, and other application support teams
• Maintaining application stability, availability, and data quality
• Creating and maintaining reports and data extracts
• Being first point of contact for instrument engineers/designers in case of tool issues
