(Senior) Digital Marketing Expert (m/w/d) 100% remote

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead projects, advance client success and help us deliver excellent marketing results.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development with a long-term view: Develop and steer tailored digital marketing strategies across relevant channels with a clear focus on client goals.
• Project leadership & campaign management: Lead complex digital projects and manage campaigns in Paid Search, SEO, Social Media and Display Advertising – data-driven, targeted and technology-powered.
• AI-driven performance consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation, identify optimization potential and support sustainable growth with an AI-first mindset.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with international expert teams to develop and implement creative, effective solutions in a collaborative, efficient and solution-oriented manner.
• Analysis & impact measurement: Analyze campaign results, derive data-based learnings and drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing: Several years of hands-on experience in Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social and Display Advertising, ideally in an agency or dynamic digital environment.
• Leadership & project ownership: Proven track record of managing projects and the ability to think strategically, organize effectively and communicate clearly as a lead.
• Hands-on mindset & AI competence: Proactive, pragmatic approach with understanding of AI-supported tools and automated marketing solutions.
• Team spirit & communication: Team-oriented, clear communicator who thrives in an international, diverse team.
• Technology understanding & tracking know-how: Familiar with tools for analytics, automation and optimization to create client value.
• AI as part of your DNA: Technology-driven marketing mindset, ability to identify automation potential and use AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
