Job summary

WLG is seeking a senior DevSecOps engineer to design and run secure CI/CD pipelines on-premises in Brunssum. You will build and maintain automation platforms, manage containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, and implement comprehensive security testing and monitoring.

The role requires 5+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps or infrastructure automation, plus hands-on experience with GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible/Puppet, Python/Bash/PowerShell, and container security.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in computing, software engineering or cybersecurity.
• 5 years in DevSecOps, DevOps, platform engineering or infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on with GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps and IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible/Puppet.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; container security and image management.
• Proficiency with Linux/Windows Server, virtualization, monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic.
• Security certifications such as CKA, Terraform Associate or DCA and another security cert (e.g., Security+).

A multinational defence organisation in Brunssum is delivering new communication and information systems and needs a senior DevSecOps engineer to design and run the pipelines, automation and platforms behind them, all on-premises and all secure by default.

What You Would Be Doing
