Job summary

Stafide in Amsterdam seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure to design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes. You will manage deployments, provisioning, and monitoring across Azure, Docker, and AKS, while continuously improving release efficiency.

Strong scripting and IaC skills are essential. The role focuses on automating infrastructure with Terraform and ARM templates, maintaining Git workflows, and collaborating with delivery teams to resolve deployment

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of overall DevOps experience.

Job description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Establish and implement automated DevOps release management pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Manage code deployments, release processes, and associated operational activities.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Support delivery teams in resolving technical issues related to deployments, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Configure and manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and deployment activities using Azure Monitor and log management tools such as Zabbix.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Docker containers, AKS, and deployment pipelines.
• Continuously improve DevOps processes, automation capabilities, and release efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8-10 years of overall experience in DevOps Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Expertise in automated release management and deployment processes.
• Experience with Git repository management and branching strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Understanding of Azure Monitor and log management services.
• Experience in infrastructure automation and deployment management.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions certification is desirable.
