Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer / User Experience Research in technical fields.
• Defense or regulated industries experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software in complex environments.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and user research across qualitative, quantitative, and field studies.
• Own customer journey and service design end-to-end.
• Develop personas and manage a central research repository.
• Translate customer needs into product solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Validate experience outcomes against defined success criteria.
