Job summary

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant to lead complex data science projects across practices in a dynamic environment. You will work with clients to deliver machine learning, optimization, and big data solutions, while building strong relationships with mid-level client contacts and mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field, with 3+ years of data science experience, and strong Python skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field required.
• Excellent level in statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python; scripting languages (R, Matlab, JS, Bash) or compiled (C++, Java).
• Fluent Dutch and English required; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of complex data science projects in synergy with different practices.
• Develop and strengthen offers through training and dissemination of media.
• Contribute to publication plans and represent the firm at clubs and events.
• Develop commercial proposals and identify new opportunities with clients.
• Manage end-to-end projects with regular reporting to the manager and client.
• Supervise consultants and ensure development of soft and hard skills.
