Job summary

You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to technical and interpersonal skills development, and work across international projects. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or French is a must.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field with substantial programming.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Azure stack as a reference.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research).
• Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to learn quickly.
• Fast learner with strong communication, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication; Dutch or French fluency required.
• Proven interest in Data Engineering and sectors such as Energy and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sia at professional events, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
• Drive business development by crafting proposals, identifying collaborations, and fostering client relationships.
• Manage client engagements, acting as trusted advisor to middle and senior management.
• Mentor junior to medior consultants and support their professional growth.
