Job summary

Projective Talent | Part of Projective Group is seeking a senior coordination contractor to oversee end-to-end delivery for the STAR Loan Tape initiative. The role requires independent operation across organisational boundaries to align dependencies, milestones and deliveries with the Compass roadmap.

The contractor will coordinate testing, manage risks, and ensure transparent progress across business, data and IT functions, leveraging HBO/WO-level thinking and senior programme experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple Compass-related data products and manage cross-product dependencies.
• Create an integrated delivery plan with milestones, ownership and risks.
• Escalate cross-team impediments and maintain transparency across the delivery chain.
• Ensure requirements and impediments are managed to progress STAR Loan Tape deliverables.
• Operate with HBO/WO-level working capability and senior stakeholder engagement across business, data and IT.

Job description

Temporary senior coordination capacity is required for the STAR Loan Tape virtual team. Inline with the governance structure used for other virtual teams, the contractor will establishand execute effective coordination across the stakeholders contributing to the STAR LoanTape deliveries.

The job
The assignment focuses on stakeholder coordination, dependency management,
prioritisation, milestone management, issue resolution and delivery oversight. Thecontractor will create transparency across the end-to-end delivery chain and ensure thatrequirements, dependencies and impediments are managed in a structured manner sothat STAR Loan Tape deliverables can progress according to the Compass roadmap.

Results:

• An agreed integrated delivery plan covering STAR Loan Tape requirements,dependencies, milestones and ownership.
• A structured overview of open issues, dependencies, risks and required decisions,maintained throughout the assignment.
• Clear prioritisation of STAR Loan Tape activities aligned with agreed Compassmilestones.
• Cross-team impediments actively coordinated and escalated where necessary.
• HBO/WO-level working and thinking capability.
• Senior experience in complex data, regulatory or transformation programmes.

This assignment requires a senior professional who can operate independently acrossorganisational and team boundaries. The focus is not on managing a line organisation, buton achieving a defined cross-team delivery objective by coordinating the parties involvedin STAR Loan Tape delivery.

• Hourly rate: €105 - €121
