Job summary

Refresco seeks a seasoned Business Data Analyst to connect business needs with scalable data and analytics solutions across Europe. You will work with stakeholders from HQ to local units, turning challenges into practical data-driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities include shaping the D&A roadmap, documenting requirements, and delivering scalable data solutions with SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI. You will collaborate across IT and business teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, IT, Data & Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Product Ownership or similar role.
• Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance or procurement processes.
• Experience with data analysis, profiling, and identifying patterns in datasets.
• Working knowledge of data and reporting platforms, preferably Snowflake, Power BI, and dbt.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team, shaping the D&A demand and roadmap.
• Analyse, challenge and document business requirements, processes, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Translate and structure business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision‑making through the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Solution Architects and partners to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Define business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting requirements.
• Identify data sources and data dependencies across SAP and other systems.
• Own the qualification, prioritisation and business value assessment of Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with Refresco data standards and architecture.
• Drive solution adoption and continuous improvement with business stakeholders.
