Job summary

EMW seeks a Senior Cyber Security Specialist in The Hague, NL, to support NATO security accreditation efforts under the NCSC Accreditation Support Lead. The role involves risk assessment, document development for accreditation, and coordination with NATO authorities.

Requirements include active NATO SECRET clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years equivalent expertise), and strong English communication skills. Travel to NCIA locations may be required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years post-related experience (or 10+ years equivalent expertise)
• At least 5 years practical experience in cyber security or related field
• Experience with security accreditation for CIS acquisitions or development projects
• Knowledge of networks and IPv6 deployment
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3 proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide security accreditation input to project proposals, SoWs and other project documentation
• Conduct Security Risk Assessment for NATO CIS accreditation
• Identify, plan and develop documents for accreditation (CIS Description/Designs, Security Architecture, Security Plan, Risk Assessment, Security Requirements, SOPs, STVP)
• Witness security testing and coordinate remediation with stakeholders
• Build and sustain communications with NATO Security Accreditation Authorities and NCIA units
• Provide inputs to project and NCIA reports and briefings/presentations
