Ahold Delhaize Group in Zaandam seeks a Senior Cyber Security Auditor to lead and execute IT and cyber security audits across our brands. You will join a multidisciplinary team, assess risk, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with management to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security or a related technical field.
• CISSP certification and Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) or OSCP certification.
• 3–5+ years of experience in cyber security, IT auditing, consulting, engineering, or penetration testing in retail or multinational settings.
• Experience with cyber security control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls); cloud environments (Azure); IAM, network security, incident response, vulnerability management; experience in audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT and cyber security audits across multiple brands and domains.
• Assess risk, control effectiveness, and report findings with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and development of audit staff across the group.
