Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Legal Services Lawyer to join our Amsterdam office. You will lead a small team of corporate lawyers, coordinate daily activities, and deliver a full range of corporate legal services for high-profile client portfolios.

You will review complex transactions, manage documentation, and advise on Dutch corporate law and compliance issues. A Master in Law with a focus on company/notary/fiscal law is required, along with international client experience.

Qualifications

Structured and detail-oriented with focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Excellent command of English; strong Dutch language skills to support local corporate matters.
Experience coaching junior and medior lawyers in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Review transactional documentation for (re)financings, acquisitions, mergers and restructurings.
Coordinate and prepare legal documentation; liaise with law, accounting, audit, tax firms, notaries and authorities.
Manage day-to-day corporate legal matters for client entities under Dutch law; ensure timely, accurate documentation.
