Hanab Energy Solutions zoekt een Senior Contract Manager die contracten beheert binnen complexe energie- en infrastructurele projecten en deze optimaliseert. U werkt nauw samen met projectdirecteurs, projectmanagers en klanten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het contractuele raamwerk waarbinnen projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd.

Uw focus ligt op contractmanagement in civiel recht en milieuhandhingsrecht, met uitgebreide inzet van geïntegreerde contractmodellen zoals UAV-GC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Master in Law of Business Administration of relevante ervaring
• Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring in contractmanagement
• Kennis van civiel recht en milieu/bestemmingsrecht
• Ervaring met energie/infrastructuurcontracten
• Proactieve, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte houding
• Nederlands taalniveau uitstekend; Engels is een pluspunt

Responsibilities

• Beheren en optimaliseren van contracten in complexe projecten
• Samenwerking met projectdirecties, managers en klanten
• Beheren van UAV-GC contracten en aanverwante overeenkomsten
• Toezicht op contractuele prestaties en naleving
• Identificeren en afhandelen van contractwijzigingen, claims en variaties
• Ondersteunen van aanbestedings- en onderhandelingsprocessen
• Coördineren van documentatie en rapportage

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Senior Contract Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing contractual agreements within complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project directors, project managers and clients and be responsible for the contractual framework within which projects are successfully delivered.

Your main focus will be contract management in the areas of civil law and environmental and planning law, with extensive use of integrated contract models such as UAV-GC.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Advising project teams and management on contractual risks, obligations and opportunities.
• Supporting the drafting, reviewing and management of contracts, including UAV-GC, RAW and related agreements.
• Managing complex contractual matters within civil and environmental/planning law.
• Monitoring contractual performance and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Identifying and managing contract changes, claims, variations and additional or reduced scope.
• Supporting tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Coordinating contract documentation and reporting.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration or a related field, or demonstrable experience in contract management.
• At least eight years of relevant work experience; experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in civil law and/or environmental and planning law.
• Experience with contract management within the energy, infrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
• A proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language; proficiency in English is a plus.

• A gross monthly salary between €5,758 and €8,133, depending on your knowledge and experience.
