Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Work and Career Architecture practice. You will collaborate with colleagues to scope and deliver complex, multi-workstream solutions and aim to exceed client expectations through KF Architect and related platforms.

You will build relationships, lead projects, and contribute to business growth while developing expertise across Korn Ferry offerings. The role emphasizes digital, integrated talent architecture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Significant (>4 years) relevant work experience in a professional services firm and/or a client HR job.
• Relevant higher degree (Master’s).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with Job Evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Work and Career Architecture solutions work that meets or exceeds client expectations, including using our digital platform.
• Lead and manage small to medium sized projects or complex work streams.
• Manage small client relationships and/or support relationship development as part of the account to win work.
• Involve subject matter experts and more senior resources as needed and manage their involvement in the project.
• Contribute to winning profitable business by conducting background research, proposal writing, pricing, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity spotting in clients.
• Develop deeper expertise in at least one expertise area, and discuss all KF offerings to provide business solutions.
