Job summary

In Inverto GmbH suchen wir beratungsstarke Fachkräfte im Bereich Beschaffung und Supply Chain. Sie analysieren Prozesse, Produktgruppen und Organisationsstrukturen, entwickeln Strategien und liefern messbare Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden weltweit.

Sie bringen 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, analytisches Denken, Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu Reisen mit. Mitarbeit in internationalen Teams und an spannenden Projekten runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss mit guten bis sehr guten akademischen Leistungen.
• 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung idealerweise in Beschaffung und Supply Chain.
• Analytische Denkweise, Neugier an neuen Aufgaben, Motivation durch sinnvolle Ergebnisse.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams über Standorte und Kulturen hinweg.
• Geschäftliches Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Analysieren von Prozessen, Beschaffungsorganisationen und Produktgruppen.
• Entwicklung geeigneter Strategien und Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Lieferkette und des strategischen Beschaffungsprozesses.
• Implementierung dieser Strategien und Erzielung signifikanter Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden.
• Mitarbeit in Workshops und Verhandlungen; direkte Ansprechpartner für Kunden.
• Aufbau von Wissen über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg und Förderung von Lernprozessen im Team.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project work.

You’llanalyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups.You’lldevelop suitable strategies and measures tooptimizethe supply chain and the strategic procurement process.You’llimplement these strategies anddeliver meaningful outcomesfor our clients.

Diverse and engaging projects. You’ll work on broad customer portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and customers. From start-ups, retail, consumer goods, or the energy and automotive industries, to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Collaborative consulting. You’llwork closely with customers, preparing andparticipatingin workshops and negotiations.You’llpresent processes and structures, be a direct contact forcustomersandbuild trustbydeveloping industry understandingand engaging effectively in their respective fields.
