Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager in Amsterdam to lead compliance efforts, focusing on regulatory change and Responsible AI. The successful candidate will drive large-scale transformation programs, advise C-level executives, and expand the Compliance team. With a background of 8-12 years in Dutch regulatory frameworks, they will leverage advanced AI technologies and RegTech to foster innovation and strengthen compliance functions within financial institutions. Excellent English skills are required, and Dutch fluency is highly preferred.
