Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning strategy and drive end-to-end processes across projects. You will work with highly experienced teams, manage QA/QC, and ensure alignment with client standards and safety protocols.

You will attend meetings, review commissioning scripts, and report progress on milestones and budgets. A degree in engineering or construction management is required, with strong electrical/mechanical knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed commissioning scripts and schedules.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Farciennes and legal right to work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commissioning strategy, plans, and procedures for the project.
• Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, including scope, schedule, and quality assurance.
• Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
• Conduct site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning activities.
• Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Review and approve detailed commissioning scripts and documentation.
• Track and report progress on commissioning milestones, budgets, and interdependencies.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
