Job summary

IQVIA in the Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for a home-based role with flexible hours. You will manage monitoring across sites nationwide, ensure protocol training, and prepare monitoring visit reports.

The position offers a sponsor-driven model with reduced travel and opportunities for career development. Ideal candidates hold a Life Sciences degree or nursing background, with at least 12 months on-site monitoring experience, and must be fluent in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Life Sciences or have equivalent experience within a nursing background.
• Have at least 12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Be flexible with the ability to travel nationwide.
• Hold a full and clean driving license.
• Possess strong communication, written and presentation skills in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Site management and monitoring activities across the country.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan.
• Provide protocol and study training to the assigned sites.
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans.
• Co-monitor, train and mentor junior members of the team.
