Job summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst for the AFKLMP Cargo CMD team based in Amsterdam. You will translate business needs into scalable data-driven solutions, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and oversee data flows and system integrations across multiple regions.

You will connect business, product and IT, taking ownership of several CMD applications and ensuring data quality, coherence and proper interfacing with the development team in India.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into functional and technical solutions and document them in clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
• Conduct impact analyses and provide insight into end-to-end data flows, system integrations and dependencies between applications
• Support the functional testing and validation of new features
• Safeguard the quality, stability and consistent processing of customer and reference data
• Work closely with stakeholders in Amsterdam and Paris and with the development team in India
