Job summary

Cytel is seeking an experienced Principal Biostatistician to lead Phase I–IV clinical studies across the region. You will provide statistical support, influence development plans, and automate processes with advanced methods and ML/DL approaches.

You will work embedded with a sponsor and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. You will guide trials from protocol design to results reporting, oversee programming and CROs, and lead junior statisticians while applying SAS and R for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics or related field.
• 9+ years supporting clinical trials in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to lead independently with initiative and flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• SAS programming for QC and tables; knowledge of R.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical activities for trials from design to reporting.
• Represent Statistics on cross-functional teams and collaborate.
• Oversee internal programming and CRO contributions.
• Lead or contribute to Safety Reporting, ISS/ISE, inquiries.
• Use SAS and/or R for QC, analyses, modelling and exploration.
• Participate in other Cytel or sponsor initiatives.
• Oversee junior statisticians as required.
