Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to help clients turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. You will translate business questions into data products, design dashboards, and validate data with stakeholders to drive marketing, ecommerce and performance decisions.

You will lead multiple projects, collaborate with the Team Lead, mentor junior colleagues, and guide clients on best practices for data collection, modelling and visualisation. Hybrid work in NL.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI/ Data Analyst roles.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and modelling.
• Proficient with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio/Looker/Tableau).
• Knowledge of marketing data and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops with clients to understand business model and KPIs.
• Translate business questions into BI requirements, data models and dashboards.
• Design, prototype and build intuitive dashboards for management and specialists.
• Set up and maintain data integrations from multiple sources (marketing platforms, CRM, ecommerce).
• Audit existing BI setups and guide best practices for data collection, modelling and visualization.
• Onboard clients and enable adoption of dashboards and reports to drive decisions.
