Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is expanding its engineering teams in Amsterdam to build scalable KYC/KYB platforms. You will work on large-scale systems, own services end to end, and mentor teammates within a global tech org. The role is hybrid with 3 days in Amsterdam and 2 days from home.

We welcome senior and mid-level engineers with strong OO language experience and cloud infrastructure knowledge. Expect collaboration across legal, compliance and product teams on innovative, international platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with object oriented languages: Kotlin or Java.
• Strong API design and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with third party integrations and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale, highly available, and resilient systems across markets.
• Own services end to end: design, test, deploy and monitor.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to juniors.
• Drive knowledge sharing through demos, presentations and tutorials.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and customer services.
• Do POCs and own projects end to end with product teams.
