EY zoekt een Audit Senior (Senior Accountant) in Rotterdam die financiële informatie en processen van klanten analysed en bijdraagt aan de voorbereidng van management letters en rapporten. Je levert inzichten aan klanten vanuit een strategisch perspectief en identificeert kansen voor groei.

Je ontwikkelt junior auditors, bewaakt deadlines en werkt in een hybride werkomgeving met ruimte voor professionele groei en opleiding.

Qualifications

• Bijna voltooid RA Master in Accountancy.
• Drie jaar ervaring als externe auditor.
• Beheerst Nederlands en Engels, geschreven en gesproken.

Responsibilities

• Controleur: analyseert financiële informatie en statements van klanten en ondersteunt bij management letters en auditor's reports.
• Adviseur: levert inzichten aan klanten om strategie te toetsen en complexe data helder te maken.
• Sparringpartner: identificeert kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten, deelt sectorkennis en trends.
• Coach: ontwikkeld juniors auditors, bewaakt deadlines en ontwikkelingsdoelen.

Jouw nieuwe baan | Over je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Controleur: You analyse financial information, processes and statements from various clients. You contribute to the preparation of management letters and auditor’s reports.
• Adviseur: You provide insights to clients to test their strategy, using tools to make complex data clear and deliver reliable advice.
• Sparringpartner: You identify opportunities with existing and new clients, specialize in a sector to share sector‑specific knowledge and stay aware of trends and their commercial importance.
• Coach: You develop junior auditors through your expertise, manage deadlines and development goals, adjust plans and identify issues early.

Jouw vaardigheden en skills | Over je unieke bijdrage

• Close to completion of a Register Accountant (RA) Master in Accountancy.
• 3 years of experience as an external auditor in an accounting practice.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
