Job summary

PwC Experienced Accountant role seeks a professional with RA studies and at least two years in audit. You’ll lead audit planning, coaching teams, and work with PwC specialists across disciplines. Hybrid work is possible, with client-site assignments and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a university or university of applied sciences degree and be enrolled in the Registered Accountant study programme.
• At least two years of work experience in the audit practice, preferably in finance.
• Strong command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Good project management, planning and control skills.
• Effective communicator with good social skills and team orientation.
• Ambitious, talented and driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and completion stages of audits of financial statements.
• Supervise teams and coach junior staff; assess performance.
• Collaborate with PwC professionals from other disciplines (IT, actuaries, valuations).
• Work four days a week and attend Master's/post-Master's lectures on Fridays.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate team efforts to sign the annual report.
