Job summary

Progressive, a Netherlands-based company, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Business Analyst to optimize OTC/PTS processes within ERP ecosystems. You will support daily operations, manage master data, and contribute to global digital projects across departments and geographies.

The role emphasizes SAP OTC/PTS knowledge, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a multinational setting. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, economics or information technology.
• Typically, 3 or more years experience in the international supply chain (OTC, PTS) preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP systems preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of SAP OTC and PTS along with the related business processes.
• Working experience in cross cultural environment.
• Solid end-to-end supply chain understanding and digital supply chain and EDI knowledge.
• Solid experience in project management/business ownership across departments and geographies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights.
• Independent self-starter, able to work autonomously, under pressure and in teams.
• Result focused and proven ability to deliver results.
• Problem solver, high sense of responsibility, drive for excellence, eager to optimize.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to communicate at various levels.
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Business Support including ERP/OTC & PTS scope.
• Support Global SC Digital project portfolio and KPI tracking.
• Maintain sales views master data in ERP.
• Contribute to product launch assessment from ERP data perspective.
• Coordinate progress tracking on Global SC projects.
• Lead or assist in business requirement gathering, UAT and change documentation.
• Own departmental SOPs, WI and GDE.
• Act as SME for PTS & OTC in cross-functional initiatives.
