Your Role:

As a Senior Assistant, you will be more than just a support role; you will working alongside one of our partners, anticipating his needs and optimizing his substantive work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Agenda Management: Masterfully plan and prioritize appointments and meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inbox and Communication Management: Proactively manage correspondence with stakeholders, including clients, identifying actions and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare legal documents independently and manage the CRM system with precision.
  • Team Integration: Become a vital part of the client team, leading initiatives when necessary.
  • Process Coordination: Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on critical terms.
  • Event Organization: Play a key role in organizing international business development trips and client gatherings.
  • Relationship Management: Identify and seize opportunities for relationship-building communication with clients.
  • Billing and Contract Management: Oversee the engagement letter process and ensure efficient billing of ongoing matters.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Higher professional education level (HBO), preferably university level.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent in all Microsoft Office programs and applications.
  • Attributes: Adaptability, problem solver, strong team player, proactive, communicative, with excellent organizational skills and a strong personality.
