Job summary

Center Parcs Europe is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure reliable accounts receivable administration and related financial processes. You will process invoices, payments, and reconciliations, while supporting the Shared Service Center and collaborating with international parks from our Westerhoven office.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in accounting, strong SAP/Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payments and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to communicate across borders.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing invoices, intercompany invoices, credit notes, bank statements and refunds.
• Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments; manage daily payment assignments and vouchers.
• Review reports and analyses from the external Shared Service Center; investigate variances and assist with complex accounting issues.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with financial analyses, reports and KPI insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and contribute to process improvements and automation in Order-to-Cash.
