Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with Python and modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Systems mindset: secure, compliant, scalable architectures.
• AI curiosity: eager to build with AI and understand terms like MCP, Agents, prompts.
• Healthcare awareness: experience with healthcare APIs and security standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Intelligent Workflows that integrate AI into daily clinical workflows.
• Scale the stack to handle exponential user growth across verticals and countries.
• Design integration patterns to connect with EHR providers and other healthcare tools.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, security, and CI/CD to ship fast without breaking things.
