Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong product instincts: identify valuable work beyond a spec.
- LLM fluency: prompts, tooling, RAG and production patterns.
- Full-stack capability in TypeScript and Next.js.
- Entrepreneurial drive: thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Audacious impact mindset: aim to change global trade.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for logistics tasks.
- Collaborate across teams to deeply understand problems and drive solutions.
