Job summary

Eye Security in The Hague is seeking a Security Team Lead to guide a small team, set priorities, and stay hands-on with technical reviews. You will be involved in assessing risks and ensuring the team delivers concrete results.

You will hire and develop engineers, report risk to leadership, and help craft realistic estimates based on system knowledge. The role is hybrid in The Hague area, with regular collaboration across the organization.
