Job summary

CGI Nederland zoekt een Risk Analyst voor ons Rotterdam-kantoor om risico's in EU Space-projecten te identificeren, beoordelen en mitigeren. Je werkt in een internationaal team aan complexe systemen met security-vraagstukken.

Je focaliseert op Security Risk Analyses, security assurance en accreditering, met duidelijke rapportage aan programmaleiding en klanten. Vereist zijn relevante IT/cybersecurity-ervaring en kennis van ISO/NIST-kaders, met professioneel Engels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Ervaring met Security Risk Analysis in complexe IT/cybersecurity-omgevingen.
• Kennis van ISO 27005, ISO 31000 of NIST Risk Management Framework of gelijkwaardige benaderingen.

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van Security Risk Analyses over complexe systemen en domeinen.
• Bijdragen aan End-to-End Security Risk Analyses op systeemniveau.
• Ondersteunen van security assurance en accrediteringsactiviteiten gedurende de programmalevenscyclus.
• Identificeren, analyseren en evalueren van technische, operationele en informatiebeveiligingsrisico's.
• Coördineren van gestructureerde risicobeoordelingsworkshops met technologische en zakelijke stakeholders.
• Advies geven over mitigatiestrategieën en risico-behandelplannen.
• Opstellen van beknopte rapporten en presenteren van bevindingen aan programmaleiding en klantvertegenwoordigers.

CGI is looking for multiple Risk Analysts to join our team supporting EU Space projects, including satellite navigation and communication.

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing and managing security risks that support the successful delivery of strategically important EU Space programmes. Rather than focusing solely on governance or process, you and your team will be responsible for in-depth risk assessments, advise stakeholders on mitigation strategies and contribute to informed decision-making across technical, security and programme domains.

Your role in our team

You will work in the project security risk assessment team, alongside multidisciplinary teams of security specialists, engineers, architects to identify and analyse risks across a highly complex environment.

Your expertise will help ensure that risks are discovered, understood, communicated and managed effectively, supporting the resilience, security and successful execution of the Programme. In addition, you will support the security assurance activities that contribute to the successful accreditation of the system.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing Security Risk Analyses across complex systems and their constituent domains.
• Contributing to End-to-End (E2E) Security Risk Analyses at system level.
• Supporting Security Risk Analyses for individual segments and subsystems within the overall solution.
• Supporting security assurance and accreditation activities throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Identifying, analysing and evaluating technical, operational and information security risks.
• Facilitating structured risk assessment workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advising teams on appropriate mitigation strategies and risk treatment plans.
• Preparing concise reports and presenting findings to programme leadership and customer representatives.
• Maintaining risk documentation and supporting the follow-up of identified risks and mitigation actions.

What you need to be successful:

We welcome applications from Junior, Medior and Senior professionals to reply to this vacancy. Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to or lead Security Risk Analysis activities while working closely with experienced colleagues.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A technical profile and skill set.
• Experience with Security Risk Analysis within complex IT, cybersecurity or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security Risk Management and Cyber Risk Management.
• Familiarity with recognised methodologies and frameworks such as ISO 27005, ISO 31000, NIST Risk Management Framework or comparable approaches.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Experience within European institutions, defence, aerospace, satellite communications or other critical infrastructure environments is considered a plus.
