Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments.
• Execute POS and service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on service processes and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, replenishment).
