Job summary

Everience Benelux recrute un Scrum Master expérimenté pour aider les équipes à travailler efficacement et de manière autonome, en appliquant les méthodologies Agile et Scrum et en soutenant l’amélioration continue.

Vous dirigerez les cérémonies Scrum, coacherez les équipes et collaborerez avec les Product Owners et les parties prenantes, tout en renforçant la transparence et l’esprit Agile dans l’ensemble de l’organisation à Amsterdam et Utrecht.

Qualifications

• Niveau HBO/WO requis.
• Expérience avérée en tant que Scrum Master.
• Bonne connaissance d'Agile et Scrum.
• Certifications Scrum (PSM I ou CSM) souhaitée.
• Compétences fortes en communication et en coaching.
• Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
• Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultat.
• Disponibilité de travail à Amsterdam et à Utrecht.

Responsibilities

• Accompagner les équipes Scrum et faciliter les événements Scrum.
• Former les équipes aux principes Agile/Scrum.
• Éliminer les impediments et aider à résoudre les goulots.
• Favoriser la collaboration et la transparence au sein des équipes.
• Collaborer avec Product Owners, parties prenantes et autres Scrum Masters.
• Suivre l'évolution des équipes et encourager l'amélioration continue.
• Organiser et guider les retrospectives, daily stand-ups, planning et reviews.
• Promouvoir une culture Agile dans l'organisation.

Everience Benelux is op zoek naar een ervaren Scrum Master die teams helpt om effectief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht te werken. Je zorgt voor een goede toepassing van Agile- en Scrum-methodieken en ondersteunt teams bij continue verbetering.

Wat ga je doen?

• Begeleiden van Scrum-teams en faciliteren van Scrum-events.
• Coachen van teams in Agile/Scrum-principes.
• Verwijderen van impediments en ondersteunen bij het oplossen van knelpunten.
• Bevorderen van samenwerking en transparantie binnen teams.
• Samenwerken met Product Owners, stakeholders en andere Scrum Masters.
• Monitoren van teamontwikkeling en stimuleren van continuous improvement.
• Organiseren en begeleiden van retrospectives, daily stand-ups, sprint planning en reviews.
• Bevorderen van een Agile mindset binnen de organisatie.

Wat neem je mee?

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
• Aantoonbare ervaring als Scrum Master.
• Goede kennis van Agile en Scrum.
• Een relevante Scrum-certificering, zoals PSM I or CSM, is een pré.
• Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Je bent zelfstandig, organisatiesensitief en resultaatgericht.
• Bereidheid om te werken in Amsterdam en Utrecht.
