Multilease is seeking a capable Schädenbehandelaar to manage the full claims process. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, HBO level, and a proactive, analytical approach. You will coordinate with customers, repair shops, experts, and insurers to ensure timely, cost-efficient settlements.

The position is a one-year contract, 40 hours per week, with a salary of €3,900–€4,300 per month. Hybrid work, a pension plan, travel allowance, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• HBO level education is required.
• Experience with handling complex damage claims is required.
• Wft certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end damage claims and maintain financial interests.
• Advise customers and stakeholders and monitor claim progress.
• Provide management information and contribute to process improvements.
