Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Telecommunication or Electrical engineering is required.
• Experience in satellite system and network simulations.
• Good knowledge of the 3GPP 5G protocol is required.
• 2+ years of relevant SATCOM work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support ESA in satellite telecommunication system analysis and simulation.
• Assist in preparing invitations to tenders related to ESA R&D.
• Support industrial R&D activities in system design, analysis and simulations.
• Contribute to future SATCOM system roadmaps and architectures.
• Assist ESA-wide projects in telecommunication systems and technologies.
