Job summary

Accenture Technology is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Roadmap & Blueprint Consultant to guide complex digital transformations. Develop roadmaps, translate business objectives into technology solutions, and drive successful transitions.

You will lead blueprinting, translate requirements into system designs, and collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Business or related field, or bachelor with strong relevant experience.
• 2–10+ years of SAP consulting focus on S/4HANA roadmaps and blueprinting.
• Track record leading SAP transformations from vision to go-live.
• Strong communicator across all stakeholder levels with clear presentations.
• Proactive, fast learner with initiative in fast-paced environments; deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops with clients to gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design SAP S/4HANA solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive blueprint documentation with process flows and functional specs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to align requirements with system design.
• Provide expert advice on SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks during blueprinting and project meetings.
• Travel as required.
