Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP PP trainer for a freelance assignment in Amsterdam. The role focuses on delivering training for PP and PLM within an SAP integration programme, targeting factory Key Users and End Users, with go-live support and adoption tracking.

You'll design and deliver end-to-end training, translate processes into practical materials, and coordinate documentation and validation activities across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP, particularly within manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of PP and PLM concepts and systems.
• Knowledge of SAP processes related to BIM/ BOM, Finished Goods Management, Manufacturing operations.
• Experience with digital learning tools, virtual training platforms, and e-learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end training programmes for Key Users and End Users.
• Deliver training on Plant Formula and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes, Finished Goods Management and related SAP PP/PLM topics.
• Ensure users are fully prepared for system go-live and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with BPO Operations teams to align training activities with business objectives.
• Support business continuity during cutover and go-live phases.
• Translate operational processes into practical training materials.
• Manage training schedules and training environments.
• Coordinate training documentation and validation activities.
• Produce user guides, work instructions, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Track training KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Maintain and update training documentation for future rollouts.
• Support retraining activities across existing and upcoming manufacturing sites.
