Job summary

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant – SAP to join our SAP practice in the Netherlands. You will lead solution architecture and delivery across SAP S/4HANA projects, with hands-on work on LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP CALM, guiding end-to-end transformations for enterprise clients.

You will drive Phase 0 through execution, manage client engagements, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on SAP consulting experience in client engagements.
• Minimum of four full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
• Exposure to Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid S/4HANA projects.
• Experience in transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities.
• Proficiency with SAP toolchains or administration.
• Valid SAP certification in relevant areas.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build proposals and estimate efforts accurately.
• Demonstrated flexibility, team spirit and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solutions across end-to-end implementations and transformation programs.
• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 through execution, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and readiness for transformation.
• Architect end-to-end integration between LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP CALM to create a unified S/4HANA journey.
• Map business processes in Signavio to SAP IT landscapes with architectural clarity.
• Oversee the Clean Core strategy, coordinating requirements, testing and deployments in CALM.
• Design and deploy WalkMe DAP solutions to boost user proficiency across the SAP landscape.
• Drive automation and data-flow improvements to reduce manual overhead in the transformation office.
• Represent Infosys in client meetings with professionalism and strong communication, staying current with SAP innovations.

Your role

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Principal Consultant – SAP to join our growing SAP practice. This role demands deep expertise in SAP technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs. As a Principal Consultant, you will lead solution architecture, client engagements, and delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs.
• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 through execution, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (Business and IT) to define roadmaps, assess readiness, and build transformation strategies..
• Architect the Integrated Ecosystem: Build and maintain the end-to-end integration between LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) to create a seamless "Single Source of Truth" for our S/4HANA journey.
• Operationalize Business Architecture: Map business processes in Signavio directly to IT landscapes in LeanIX, ensuring every process change is backed by architectural transparency.
• Drive Implementation Excellence: Lead the "Clean Core" strategy by orchestrating project requirements, testing, and deployments within SAP CALM.
• Maximize Digital Adoption: Design and deploy WalkMe DAP solutions to simplify complex workflows and ensure 100% user proficiency across the SAP landscape.
• Innovate the Toolchain: Continuously optimize the automation and data flow between these platforms to eliminate manual overhead in our transformation office.
• Represent Infosys in client meetings with professionalism and strong interpersonal communication.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Skill Required

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM
• Hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
