Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced SAP Key User Operations to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation across our manufacturing sites in the Gelderland region, Netherlands. You will bridge Operations, Supply Chain and IT, optimize processes and support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA while fostering user adoption across multiple sites.

In this role you will lead continuous improvement efforts, standardize processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP experience within a manufacturing, production or process-driven environment.
• Experience as a SAP Key User, Super User, Process Specialist, Business Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of SAP PP, MM
• Understanding of production, operations and supply chain processes
• Experience supporting business change and process improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and influence users across different levels of the organization
• SAP ECC experience is welcomed; S/4HANA experience is a plus, not a requirement

Are you an experienced SAP Key User with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for driving change? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation within an international manufacturing organization.

About the Role

As SAP Key User Operations, you will act as the link between Operations, Supply Chain, Production and IT. You will support the implementation and optimization of SAP processes across multiple production sites and help ensure a successful transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Beyond the implementation, you will play an important role in continuous improvement initiatives, user adoption, process standardization and future digitalization projects.
